About the Role
This remote job opportunity involves working as a customer service representative, assisting passengers with their travel needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. As a member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with other departments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete data access and balancing tasks
- Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
- Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing
- Work on member cases and tasks assigned
- Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
- Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Log, report, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
- Process Stop Pays and Check Batching
- Complete daily balancing and department closing
- Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
- Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
- Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers
- Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
- Deposit check returns, research member bad checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
- Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit Union experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work extended hours in support of business needs
