About the Role

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. The following qualifications and requirements are preferred:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
