Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including summer months, school year, and holiday breaks
• Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
• Good typing, computer, and customer service skills, with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
