As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling student loan inquiries, performing account updates, and counseling customers to establish personalized repayment plans that meet Federal and State regulations. You will be working in a fast-paced, professional environment, providing efficient and accurate servicing of customer inquiries while maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. New hires will undergo a comprehensive training program, designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. The training will cover federal regulations, company policies, and the use of customer relationship tools to provide personalized interaction with customers. The training curriculum is expected to last up to 5-6 weeks, with hours of training from 8am to 5pm (Central Time), Monday through Friday. Upon completion of the training, you will be assigned a 40-hour scheduled shift during operational hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
