Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Florida. Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), with the ability to demonstrate these skills in a written assessment
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and for rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support our customers
- Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational foundation in a related field
- Ability to pass a background check, with a clean and stable work history
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak different languages
