We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity, working from the comfort of your own home in either the Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) zone. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive exceptional support and care, addressing their inquiries, and scheduling appointments with our healthcare professionals. This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.
