Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and adventurous Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, with the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Answering customer inquiries about our products and services
- Upselling and cross-selling products to customers
- Working collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to drive sales and revenue growth
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of lighting products and industry trends
- Ability to speak multiple languages
