**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues

* Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while working with customers and resolving issues
**What You'll Need:**

* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a commitment to being available during peak hours
* Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
