**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
* Demonstrating product knowledge and providing accurate information to customers
* Assisting in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable
* Making business transactions, managing money, and processing payments with precision
* Keeping the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly
* Monitoring product status and assisting with returns and exchanges
* Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service

* Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
* Following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) environment
* Experience with Digital Danger Knowledge (CTI) systems and applications, including Distinguish, Secure, Answer, and Recover
* Ability to partner with various stakeholders, including leaders, to drive business outcomes
* US Government Top Secret/Touchy Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance (required)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the utilization, handling, and examination of strategic (specialized) CTI in a functional climate, supporting checking, recognition, and reaction abilities
* Understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the capacity to prompt and guide new CTI colleagues
* Ability to correspond crude insight from sensors, occurrence reaction commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings
* Ability to introduce composed or verbal data to specialized and non-specialized crowds
* Ability to take mind-boggling, uncertain points, construct procedures, and impact partners
* Fantastic cooperative person with the capacity to work in speedy and constantly evolving conditions
