Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S., working on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Your role will be crucial in responding to incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits, and providing exceptional support to ensure their needs are met.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions
• Ask appropriate questions, listen actively, and document required information in our computer systems
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, ensuring that their issues are fully resolved
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and health outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of paid training with 100% attendance
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST, including occasional overtime and weekend shifts

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Call Center experience
• Experience with a virtual learning environment
• Experience with a virtual working environment
• Experience working with Digital platforms and systems (Web, Chat, Email)
• Health Care/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)

Telecommuting Requirements

To work remotely with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Must live in a location that can receive a blithequark-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
• Must be able to connect directly to the internet via a hard wire (either directly to modem or router)

Soft Skills and Physical Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following soft skills and meet the physical requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Anticipate taking a minimum of 50 calls daily
• Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, long periods working at a computer

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly range of $16.00 - $28.27 per hour, depending on location, experience, and other factors.
