- Stay up-to-date with current knowledge of client calls regarding retail, commercial, bankcard, and online banking, communicating enterprise-wide changes and impacts to clients as necessary.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, documenting the reported activity and taking appropriate action, including opening, closing, or placing holds on accounts.

Requirements for Success
