Who You Are
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who embodies the spirit of excellence, positivity, and teamwork. - Experienced in call centers or customer service (preferred but not required), with a background that could give you an edge in understanding customer needs and delivering personalized support.

- Competent in Spanish (highly advantageous but not mandatory), with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers and provide tailored support.
- Available on weekends, with a willingness to work Saturdays or both Saturdays and Sundays, and a flexibility that allows you to adapt to changing shift needs.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Rocking the phones like a pro, supporting small business owners, and providing personalized service and support.
- Scheduling appointments like a boss, handling tasks efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and team members.
- Spreading positivity and confidence, boosting customer morale nationwide, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel valued and appreciated.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, 40-hour position, with a starting pay of $15.00-$16.00 per hour. We require a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. Shifts are available between 9 am and 8 pm, with weekend availability required. Our work setting is in-person, with an opportunity to work from home after training, and our work location is in Ogden, UT 84404.
