Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as addressing basic tax-related questions
- Working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless customer support
- Utilizing strong communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, driving innovation and providing top-notch service
- Embracing a customer-centric approach, understanding and empathizing with customer needs to deliver personalized support
