Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. As a key member of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying and revifying benefits, translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system, communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.
