**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, with a focus on critical thinking and creative problem-solving
* Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards, while providing exceptional customer service

**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and think critically to provide solutions

* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
