Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our logistics and transportation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and timely completion of operational tasks, and effectively communicating issues with Program Coordinators. This is a remote position, and you must be located in the MST or PST time zone, with a preference for candidates in Riverside CA, Oceanside CA, Fontana CA, Albuquerque, Phoenix AZ, Kent WA, Portland OR, Hayward CA, Woods Cross UT, Denver CO, or Las Vegas NV.
