As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 18-20 consultants, providing coaching and counseling, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $59K-65K, depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for restricted stock units (RSUs) as part of your compensation package.
