Job Overview
In this role, you will assist customers with technical issues, account inquiries, and troubleshooting related to streaming services. Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Basic troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of streaming services on various devices, including smartphones, smart TVs, and gaming consoles
- Technical support experience, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, and a strong understanding of internet connectivity, devices, and software applications
