• Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT, with a strong commitment to learning and professional development.
• Have a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred, to efficiently manage customer inquiries and interactions.
