- Request contact prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, utilizing your sales expertise to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high performance metrics including quality, sales, and dependability.
- Deliver solutions to customers in a way that creates a positive experience, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously while meeting performance targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
