Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Customer Experience: Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Sales and Checkout: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service. Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items.
- Store Operations: Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Implement blithequark asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
- Product Display and Maintenance: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
- Customer Service in Specialized Areas: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
- Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- Compliance and Teamwork: Comply with all blithequark policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and register operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of store systems and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
