Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- To be a resident of the United States
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests
- Reliable internet, smartphone, and/or computer
Preferred Skills and Competencies
