Job Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing general advice and assistance to our members, updating account details, and meeting personal productivity and quality targets. Key Responsibilities

• Update member account details accurately and efficiently
• Answer queries and provide general advice and assistance to members via phone, email, and letter
• Meet or exceed personal productivity targets and contribute to team productivity targets
• Deliver an exceptional member experience, providing a personalized approach for each individual member
• Log and record all interactions onto the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Meet or exceed personal quality targets, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Excellent attention to detail and listening skills
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to provide the highest standards of customer service possible, delivering a personalized approach for each individual member
• Strong numeracy, literary, and MS Office skills
• The ability to retain and utilize complex product and technical information
• Strong technical knowledge of computers would be a benefit

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong technical knowledge of computers and software applications
• Experience working in a hybrid or fully remote setting, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
