Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and execute promotions, secure placement of equipment, and utilize point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility
- Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels, ensuring that all retail accounts are fully stocked and merchandised to arenaflex standards
- Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, maintaining a neat and organized appearance with labels facing outward, and rotating products to ensure a first-in-first-out stocking system
- Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed
- Support the team as a retail sales representative, conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service to our retail partners
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to your work
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
