What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark, you will be the voice that answers someone's call for help from the road. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fielding a high volume of inbound calls and providing excellent customer service for all inbound and outbound calls.
- Originating all new transactions (via inbound and outbound calls) regarding preventative maintenance, as well as immediate and scheduled service and repairs.
- Assigning service requests to the respective market for dispatching and coordinating towing of customer units when necessary.
- Scheduling outside vendors when an emergency breakdown is called in and continuously developing and improving company capabilities around dispatching.
- Providing solutions and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilizing computer software and systems to manage and track customer interactions, service requests, and other related data.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as dispatch and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, such as customer service, operations, or a similar discipline.
- Alternatively, a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a high school diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years' experience in a related field.
- An understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, including applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- The ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- A valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
We also prefer candidates with:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with fleet operations, transportation, or logistics.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other related systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
