**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Daily Responsibilities:
+ Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders
+ Working from a set list of priority orders to contact and update clients on the status of their orders
+ Utilizing internal systems to track and notate work, including updates to clients
* Additional Responsibilities:
+ Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
+ Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
+ Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and order status
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
