About the Role

As a Customer Care Navigator for Autism Services at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing support to families with children who are served by our Autism Case Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a single point of contact for these families, ensuring that they receive accurate and viable referrals for diagnostic, ABA, and other care services. You will also be responsible for outreach, screening for behavioral and medical care management needs, assessing for community resources, educating members about benefits and authorization processes, and coordinating with Autism care managers to ensure a positive member experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related healthcare field, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare or managed care setting. You should have strong computer and keyboarding skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and data processing. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also essential.
