We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Account Support Specialist to join our team. This role is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be available to work shifts between 8:00am – 7:00pm CST, Monday through Friday, and 8:00am – 12:00pm CST on Saturdays. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Account Support Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers to understand the reasons behind payment delinquencies and negotiating payments to find mutually beneficial solutions.

- Documenting all customer interactions accurately, clearly, and concisely, noting the reasons for delinquency and the outcomes of negotiations.

- Adhering to all state and federal laws in the handling of customer accounts, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
Essential Qualifications
