Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our providers, members, and health plans. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls from providers, members, and health plans in a professional, accurate, and timely manner
• Communicate effectively with callers to understand their needs, provide information, and resolve issues
• Utilize proprietary systems to look up caller information, record interactions, and provide timely responses
• Forward complex issues to the appropriate department for further research and resolution
• Manage time efficiently to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and follow-up actions are taken in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to all legal and compliance requirements
• Complete all required trainings and attend weekly staff meetings to discuss issues, share best practices, and foster teamwork
• Respond to internal and external customer requests in a prompt and professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and contribute to the success of blithequark

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound call center environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems during a single interaction
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision and maintain productivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare concepts
• Previous experience working with proprietary systems and software applications
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CCSP, CSP)
