As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), we serve as a primary point of entry for people eligible for mental health services funded by DMH. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that addresses the unique needs of our clients. We are now seeking an experienced Call Center Intake Specialist to join our team, working on an evening shift and weekends in a fully remote capacity.

Job Overview

The Call Center Intake Specialist will be responsible for providing crisis support, coordinating care, and screening individuals for BJC Behavioral Health services. This role requires a strong understanding of crisis support, independent work skills, and general knowledge of DMH programming. The ideal candidate will have experience working with behavioral health clients, be proficient in technology, and possess excellent communication skills. As a key member of our Call Center team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and respectful support.
