Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to provide insights on customer feedback and product performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Software Developers, Data Engineers, Research Scientists, Economists, Program & Product Managers, to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), feature engineering, and model development.
- Develop end-to-end automation of pipelines for applications and machine learning (ML) models to improve data infrastructure and meet business needs.
- Apply analytical skills to extract meaningful insights and learnings from large and complicated data sets, serving as a liaison between business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to answer key questions, provide data-driven recommendations, and implement data infrastructure improvements.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with technologies such as Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.
- Experience with data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar technologies.
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
- Experience in statistical analysis packages such as R, SAS, and Matlab.
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling.
- Experience writing complex SQL queries.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
