- Enter information accurately and fully document all client interactions in our proprietary call center database (CSC), ensuring that all data is up-to-date and readily available.
- Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled shifts, special projects, and training sessions, demonstrating punctuality and reliability in all aspects of the role.
- Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner, transitioning seamlessly between multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
Essential Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Comparable experience in an office environment, with excellent written and oral communication skills, and a strong ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
