You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, offer solutions, and provide a positive experience for our customers. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Review policy information to determine if the risk meets arenaflex's underwriting guidelines and processes * Serve as the primary contact point for insureds, agents, and lien holders for policy-related inquiries * Provide superior customer service and offer solutions and/or options within arenaflex guidelines * Periodically attend office-based training or meetings as needed * Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and provide a positive experience for customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services **Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED * 6 months of previous customer service experience required * Call Center and/or insurance-related experience preferred * Fluent Spanish/English communication skills * Pleasant telephone demeanor and multitasking skills * PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5% * Successfully completes all required new hire training as per Departmental guidelines **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the insurance industry or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data entry and record-keeping * Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
