About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing clear and concise information to customers

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
