**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Remote (New Mexico Residents), you'll be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
* Helping customers resolve basic technical issues
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
* Offering additional products and/or services
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
**Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* Open availability
