Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our Vehicle Maintenance and Repair team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, including delivery trucks, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers from various manufacturers. This is a full-time remote opportunity with a competitive salary of $72,000 per year. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including diesel, gasoline, and alternative fuel-powered vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems using diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Perform repairs and replacements of vehicle components, including brakes, electrical systems, and engine controls.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient and effective work processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including DOT requirements and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Current documented automotive mechanical experience.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - REQUIRED.
• Possess a full set of personal hand tools.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and personal computers.
• Ability to work full-time shifts (8-10 hours per day, 4-5 days per week).
• Dependable with the ability to report to work on a regular and timely basis and complete scheduled workdays.
• Available to work various shifts, additional hours, and/or overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and/or outdoors.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Experience with alternative fuel-powered vehicles.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including DOT requirements.
