ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving success by helping to manage our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the General Manager: Work closely with the General Manager to ensure every shift operates smoothly and efficiently
- Local Store Marketing: Assist with local store marketing initiatives to help reach sales and profit goals
- Team Member Performance and Training: Help team members develop their skills and knowledge through performance and training initiatives
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and profitability
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience: Proven experience in managing a team and driving business results
- Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service: A track record of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Eligible to work in the U.S.: Must be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
- College degree or higher: A college degree or higher in a related field, such as business or hospitality, would be an asset
- Leadership experience: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment would be an asset
