Key Responsibilities
- Professionally clean, sanitize, and maintain vacation rental properties, including Airbnb's and VRBO's, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, including restocking consumable amenity items and ensuring properties are well-maintained and tidy.
- Discover, determine, report, and photograph any damage to rental homes caused by guests, and communicate effectively with the Host Boise team and clients as needed.
- Provide touch-up cleaning services as requested or necessary for clients, and be available to assist fellow team members and cover cleanings when necessary.
