Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Data Analyst to support our sales, service, and order management teams by validating and remediating customer information, ensuring data accuracy in our CRM and ERP systems, and providing first-level support to downstream users as needed. This is a remote role, allowing you to work from your dedicated home office anywhere in the United States, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Simplify and maintain sales operations processes and policies using lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data by remediation in UCM (Reltio) platform and downstream systems.
• Execute processes to support customer account requests within agreed-upon support level agreements, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Coordinate all activities related to quarter and month-end customer support, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues and complaints arising from account requests, providing expert support and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Provide expertise outside of the immediate team in the form of special projects as needed, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in order management, customer sales/service, data entry, or similar experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in administrative support and data analysis.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, and/or data administration roles, showcasing your ability to work in fast-paced environments and provide excellent customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various types of people, including customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools, enabling you to efficiently manage data, create reports, and present information.
• Strong English capability in both spoken and written, ensuring clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work various shifts/hours at quarter close, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting business needs.
• A dedicated home office with high-speed internet access, providing a productive and reliable work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,280.00-$97,920.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
