- A minimum 2.5 GPA and completion of at least 2 years in a university program with a degree emphasis in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber Security, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills

- Being at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
