Employee Benefits Producer, Employer Referral Partner, Remote

About the role We are hiring independent referral partners who already have relationships with employer decision makers. Your job is to introduce qualified employers to a short educational overview call. Our team runs the overview and handles the enrollment process. You focus on originating introductions, qualifying fit, and follow through. This is a remote, independent contractor role. This is commission based. This is not a salaried position. Responsibilities • Identify qualified employers from your existing relationships and outreach • Reach owners, finance leaders, or HR leaders and invite them to an overview call • Ensure attendance, and coordinate initial next steps when an employer wants to move forward • Maintain basic referral documentation so crediting is accurate • Follow a compliance first process and use approved materials only Compensation Commission based, paid monthly, based on active enrollments.
