I am seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in email newsletter marketing specifically tailored for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating high-converting email campaigns that engage potential buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities include:
- designing newsletters and their subsections
- designing Just Listed, Just Sold mailer template
- creating content for the newsletter based on my local market area (Sarasota, Florida)
- using Canva or similar for design/photos
- segmenting email lists
- analyzing campaign performance and ability to show proof of performance
Duration: Weekly Newsletter with fresh content each week.
I work in the luxury market and the newsletter will need to reflect that level of sophistication.
Ideally, I would like my newsletters to go out on the same date/time each week.
