Job Summary

As the Director of Customer Success, you'll lead a close-knit team of six and report directly to the Vice President of Customer Operations. This full-time, salaried position is ideally suited for candidates who prefer to work remotely, especially those in the CST or EST time zones. You'll play a key role in orchestrating the customer journey, collaborating with our Implementation, Sales, and Product teams to uncover new opportunities and drive customer success.
