This role focuses on managing creative and front-end development projects for CRM initiatives—specifically, email campaigns and customer journeys. You’ll play a key part in guiding cross-functional teams through established creative processes, ensuring top-tier execution from concept to development and final handoff. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage multiple concurrent email campaign projects from creative concepting through development, QA, and final handoff to the client’s email service provider. • Coordinate with in-house design and development teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. • Troubleshoot issues, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams during peak periods. • Act as a proactive communicator—keeping stakeholders informed and projects on track with a blend of assertiveness and collaborative spirit. • Follow established project management processes for creative work. • Operate effectively within Pacific Time business hours to align with the client’s team. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Creative Project Manager in an agency or similar fast-paced environment. • Strong background managing creative teams and ushering projects through all phases—from ideation to execution. • Solid understanding of front-end web or email development fundamentals; hands-on experience is a strong plus. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. • Adept at troubleshooting project challenges and adapting quickly to shifting priorities. • No budgeting or forecasting responsibilities—this is an execution-focused role.
