Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry/Indexing Clerk to join our team on a 3rd shift. As a Data Entry/Indexing Clerk, you will play a critical role in providing high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images, performing document classification validation, and conducting data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents. If you have experience in high-speed data entry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing situations, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images
- Perform document classification validation of automatically classified documents
- Conduct data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents
- Validate redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents
- Perform manual meta-data indexing from digital documents
- Ensure quality control of documents converted to digital format
- Conduct check data validation of incoming checks
- Reconcile check batch totals
- Distribute check amounts to appropriate accounts as required by the customer
Requirements:
- Proficiency in typing and willingness to take a typing test
- Experience in high-speed data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards
