About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of support functions to support the department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient data management.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, assisting in compiling data and generating reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Fast typing skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of databases and data management principles.
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written, with strong customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of touch typing system.
Technical Requirements:
- Dual monitors to facilitate multitasking.
- Keyboard with 10-key number pad for efficient data entry.
- Windows 10 or 11 operating system.
- ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher.
- Minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred).
- Laptops are acceptable, but must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution.
- No Chromebook or MacBook.
- Web camera for Teams meetings.
- Headset or external speakers (if none built-in) for calls.
