About Our Remote Customer Service Team
Our remote Customer Service team is spread across 40 preferred residency states in the USA, and we're committed to providing a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and engaging. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. We're not hiring from AK, CA, HI, or outside the United States at this time, and residents of CO, FL, IL, MA, NJ, NY, WA, and Washington, D.C. will be considered based on special business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Making a Difference in Customer Experiences
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Your typical day will involve:
- Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conducting research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer issues with empathy, compassion, and a customer-centric approach
- Consulting on products and services to provide personalized recommendations

- 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer savvy, with proficiency in navigating various software applications and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
