Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle high volume calls in a professional manner
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and chat applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Educational Qualifications
