Position Overview

We are currently seeking an inspiring and dedicated Customer Service Coach to join our dynamic Call Center team in a permanent, remote capacity. This is a part-time position offering 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST.
