About the Role: A Single Stop Resource for Healthcare Support

As a Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, you'll be the trusted liaison between our members and the healthcare system. Primarily handling inbound calls, you'll assist members with a wide range of inquiries, from medical and pharmacy benefits to eligibility, claim resolution, dental, and vision issues. Your role will be pivotal in promoting healthcare literacy, connecting members to appropriate resources, and resolving complex benefit and claim issues on their behalf.

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, or Rhode Island residents, the hourly range is $16.00 - $31.44 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
